All orders placed on Ashmiraa are processed and dispatched through our courier partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other third-party services like Shiprocket.

Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you can track the live status of your parcel through the tracking link provided at checkout or through the courier partner's tracking system.

If your parcel is lost in transit, our platform takes full responsibility. You will be eligible for a refund once the issue is investigated and verified.

Please note that refunds will be processed based on the outcome of the investigation conducted with our courier partners.

If you receive a partial item, partial order, or a damaged/empty (void) packet, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery.

• Claims made after this time frame will not be entertained.
• To initiate a claim, please ensure that the item is not used.
• Provide a short description of the issue.
• Send clear photos of the package and any damaged or tampered boxes.
• You may be asked additional questions to help us understand the situation better.

Refunds for prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will only be processed after a thorough investigation.

Please do not dispose of the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery, as we may need to retrieve it for further inspection.

Refunds will not be issued if any of the following conditions are met:

• Failure to provide adequate information about the claim.
• Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).
• Pilferage claims made after the same day of delivery.
• If you have used the item for which the claim is raised.
